Very friendly staff, clean and modern room. It's a pet-friendly hotel which is very much appreciated. The stay is very good, recommended.

Don't let it be clear that there's a £20 charge per night for the pet. . I appreciate that they give you a gift for it, but I consider that the general conditions where they indicate that they admit pets must indicate in a transparent way that the night for your pet is going to cost you 20 ?. Yes or yes. At the time of my booking I indicated in your conditions that "supplements may be applied". We have sent an email in advance indicating that we were travelling with a 15kg pet, but have not received a reply indicating the charge in advance. . In other hotels we usually stay, and they are not few, they always indicate the closed price of the night and if it is about being able to apply supplements I think they should check the room before I leave it to evaluate if it is necessary to apply some supplement or not.

We took a double top with access to "Le Club". It is FALSE : Le Club is not restricted access, VIP and with varied appetizers. Everyone who wants to get in off the street can get in. If you go upstairs (12th floor) and there's no room, you're out. The appetizers are kikos and panchitos. If you ask for it, you can get popcorn or another nut cocktail. I protested and we were invited to the brunch. FALSE, it is not a brunch, it is a breakfast to choose between the 5 typical ones, English, French... Besides, to get to Le Club, the elevator goes up to 12 and you have to climb two flights of stairs, which we do with a baby, because you go back to jo... and you have to make your way because people are queuing up to go to the bathroom... In short, the best thing is the location and special mention for the room service, a 10. And thanks to the gentleman who had the detail to bring us a highchair in The Lobby bar, after the inquisitive look of the waitress, from here a thousand thanks. The room they gave us ... a spectacular shower but ... view of the courtyard of a school hahaha, thank goodness that on the weekend there is no school, but on Monday... to recess!

Great location near Guggenheim but overpriced brunch and noisy rooms at night.

The double room is stylish with a nice terrace for coffee or drinks, free soft drinks, for instance. It is nestled in the centre of the town, a short walk from Galeria Bay Salt. Please let the useful staff know of our gratefulness for a very nice stay.

The hotel has a good position in the new town on one of the main shopping streets, only short walks to the main sites. welcoming modern reception and open plan bar/lounge area which is nicely designed and some great background music. The rooms we had were clean and functional with all the things you really need.

Were no realy negative points, but being very critical the rooms were a little compact and the beds creaked but if you're out all day anyway it really doesn't matter.

Make sure to try the local pintxos bars nearby for an authentic Bilbao experience.

The map supplied was useful but did not have an English translation.. The rooms were kept very well (the smell of smoke did spoil it but cannot reflect on the service staff) Alll corridors upstairs were kept very clearn. The hotel was very centrally located. Very easy to sleep at night as there was very little noise

T he smokey smell in the room. The spa was extremely disappointing although the gym was quite good. The floor of the lobby was not hoovered as required. The bar was closed early one evening. There were no brochures available iin the hotel lobby to assist us in identifying places of interest. .

The location is perfect, close to shops and attractions. Our room with twin beds was spacious and so comfortable. The staff were really good, helping us with restaurant reservations and even last-minute bookings when our flight was cancelled!

Hotel has quite a smart exterior but my room was a little bit shabby with a very creaky bed.Be prepared to pass through a crowd of smokers who seem to permanently hang around outside the front door.
